Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth and productive consultations for all clients: Meeting Duration: Each standard consultation is scheduled for 30 minutes. Be Mindful of Time: Please prepare your questions and documents in advance so we can make the most of the time together. If you have extensive needs please email them beforehand. If you would like a quote please allow ample time our team will do their best to provide a quote in time for the meeting if an invoice was provided. Longer Sessions: If you expect your case to require more than 30 minutes, kindly book an extended session. This allows us to give your matter the attention it deserves without affecting other clients. Our Team’s Availability: Our team members work across multiple active cases. Respecting the scheduled time helps us remain available and responsive to all our clients. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
